Our top priority is to deliver products that are high quality and unique, as fast as possible, while keeping our price points affordable.
What you can expect
After your payment is verified, we will start processing your order during normal business hours: M-F 8-5PM EST
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Delivery time is generally 3-5 days depending on demand. You will receive an email notification once your order has been received.
You will then receive a notification and tracking information once your order has been shipped. At this time we are only able to accept orders from the US.
In the event that there is an issue with our ability to process your order in a timely manner, we will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
We offer a 45-day order protection. If you don’t receive your order within 45 days since it was shipped, and accurate shipping information was provided with the order, we will issue you a full refund or send you another item of the same model at no cost!
Please note that delays are very rare and they are mainly caused by customs complications. We hope for your patience and understanding, should this happen.
Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Apellos will not be held liable for any misrouted parcels due to inaccurate delivery information.
We do our best to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into 2 or more packages. This is caused by different manufacturing locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.
